Market making simulation
This simulation runs over several rounds. In each round you will need to determine a fair value for the option that you are trading and then competitive bid and offer prices. You are competing to win client orders. But you do not want to win orders at any price. The orders that you fill need to be profitable for your trading desk. As the simulation progresses you will also want to manage your risk. Building a large position is costly for your balance sheet. Can you skew your prices to continue winning orders but keep your trading book as flat as possible?
